Good Morning residence of Hebron and Boone Township! 

HFD has an exciting announcement!

Until Further notice, HFD will be offering Birthday Parades to the residence of Hebron and Boone Township. All you have to do if fill out the google form below! Also, if you have questions, feel free to fill out the note section in the form, message us here on facebook, or visit our webpage!?‍???

Please fill out this form accurately if you would like to schedule a Parade for a birthday during the Pandemic.

Please understand that our time frame might be limited due to call volume and volunteer availability,  but we will do our very best to be there for your family! 

With HFD being a volunteer department, staffing may be limited on certain days. Times available for this will be Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm; Saturday's & Sunday's 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm 

Please understand, again because we are volunteer, depending on personal availability will dictate the amount and which fire trucks we are able to utilize during the parade. 

Request must also be completed a minimum of 24 hrs before parade in full effort to make this happen, and the best experience possible for our community

Please also keep in mind the social distancing recommended by the CDC.

Lastly, the request will be honored on a first come, first serve basis.

AFG Grant from FEMA

HVFD recently recieved a grant totally $452,857.14 from FEMA. This was a Regional Request Assistance for Firefighters Grant (AFG). The departments also included in this grant are Kouts Volunteer Fire Department, and Morgan Township Volunteer Fire Department. 

The AFG program helps fire departments and non-affiliated emergency medical service organizations obtain the equipment they need to do their jobs effectively, including protective gear, emergency vehicles, training, and other resources that help protect the public and emergency personnel from fire and other related hazards.

HFD made the purchase of the following equipment from 5 Alarm Fire and Safety Equipment:

This Equipment will be split with all 3 Respective Departments.

63 MSA G1 4500PSI SCBA's (14 with iTIC)

126 MSA G1 H45 Low Profile Cylinders

3 MSA G1 6-Bank Charging Stations

18 G1 Lithium Battery Packs
